Turkey Asserts Readiness Amid World War III Concerns

In a press briefing, Turkish Defense Ministry spokesperson Zeki Akturk addressed growing concerns over the possibility of World War III, highlighting Turkey's robust military preparedness.

Akturk acknowledged the potential for a global conflict akin to World War I and II, emphasising Turkey's proactive approach in continuously assessing defence and security risks. He affirmed Turkey's status as one of the most prepared nations worldwide to handle diverse scenarios, citing the military's dynamic capabilities and extensive logistical infrastructure.

Akturk reassured that while Turkey remains vigilant and prepared, its armed forces are actively engaged in supporting peace efforts across various regions. Despite the acknowledgment of global risks, he reiterated Turkey's commitment to peace and stability.
