Nikos Vertis will return to the stage in Israel

Nikos Vertis is set to hit the stage in Israel next month for the country's first international concert since the coronavirus pandemic shut down live music events all over the world.

The popular singer will perform on May 13 at Menora Mivtachim Arena.

Vertis is expected to be accompanied by Israeli singers Sarit Hadad and Eyal Golan.

"Our office has worked hard to return the performances from abroad to Israel and we are happy that our efforts have borne fruit: Nikos Vertis, a great Greek singer, is returning to Israel," a statement from Vertis' production company read.

"We will be announcing more shows soon. This summer will be all about collaborations with world-class international artists."

To date, Vertis has released five studio albums along with one CD single single, and two special edition CD/DVD albums.

Some of his well known and loved songs include “Thelo Na Me Niosis”, “Fige”, “An M’ Agapises”, “Pes To Mou Ksana”, “Asteri Mou”, “De Se Skeftesai”, “Erotevmenos”, “Ena Psema” and “An Eisai Ena Asteri”.

In 2019, the talented performer also made history on YouTube, as his hit track “Θέλω να με νιώσεις” (Thelo Na Me Niosis) became the first Greek song to exceed 100 million views on Youtube!

His lyrics and angelic voice have impacted Greeks all around the world, who continue to listen to all his songs.
