Giannis Antetokounmpo, The “Greek Freak” who is currently playing in the NBA for the Milwaukee Bucks, has stated that Stefanos Tsitsipas, Greece’s 20-year-old tennis sensation will be the "Greek freak - in tennis.”
The comment was made to a sports journalist after a game when Giannis was asked if he follows Greek athletes in other sports.
The NBA player says he mostly watches basketball and some soccer but singled out the young athlete. “Tsitsipas is really, really good at what he does. The sky is the limit for him. At around 2020-2021 he is going to be one of the best tennis players in the world. We are going to have another Greek freak - in tennis,” he said.
