Emmanouil Karalis achieved an astonishing feat by setting a new national record in pole vault during the All Star Perche meeting in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Clearing a remarkable height of 6.02 meters, Karalis dedicated this historic achievement to the 57 victims of Tempi, marking the second anniversary of the tragic train collision.
