The Greek national swimming team will return from Belgrade tomorrow with a record haul of 17 medals (5 gold, 8 silver, 4 bronze) from the European Swimming Championship.

Kristian Gkolomeev and Stergios Bilas achieved a stunning 1-2 finish in the 50m freestyle, while Apostolos Christou and Vangelis Makrygiannis impressed in the 100m backstroke.
