You can also make the cookies and freeze some for next time.

Ingredients:

125 gr. plain flour
Four tsp. of cocoa powder
½ tsp. of baking powder
¼ tsp. of sweet soda
100 g. brown sugar
100 g. pieces of dark chocolate
75 g. coconut oil, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Procedure:

Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Add the chocolate pieces and mix.

Add the coconut oil, vanilla, and two tablespoons of water until you have a crispy dough. The mixture may seem "broken," but it should come together, so force the kneading and add water.

Preheat the oven to 180°C with a fan. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Scoop out a generous tablespoon of dough and shape it into a ball. Put it in the pan, push it down, and make a cookie shape.

Repeat with the rest of the dough. Don't worry about the space between them, as they won't rise too much in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes, then let them cool before eating.
