Golden Triumph for Greek Swimmers at Summer Championships

Kristian Gkolomeev and Stergios Bilas achieved a 1-2 finish in the 50m freestyle, followed by the equally impressive Apostolos Christou and Vangelis Makrygiannis in the 100m backstroke!

A little later, Dimitris Markos secured the final medal of the day, and the last for the Greek team, with silver in the 400m freestyle.

A total of five gold, eight silver, and four bronze medals surpasses all expectations and propels Greece to 2nd place in the medal standings!

A golden summer indeed for the Greek swimming team!
