The 14-time Grand Slam winner purchased the 641sqm home in California back in 2009 for $7.7 million and it is now listed for sale on realestate.com.au/international.
Since purchasing the Brentwood estate, Pistol Pete and Bridgette have renovated and also extended their home over the years.
The seven-bedroom abode boasts seven bathrooms, wooden flooring, fireplaces, two open living spaces, a library and theatre room.
The spacious kitchen area includes large windows, which take in views of the lush gardens as well as a large island marble bench and lounge area with a fireplace that leads onto the dining area.
