“The Margi Hotel’s new restaurant allows chef Panagiotis Giakalis to raid the property’s farm for the finest Mediterranean produce, before crafting them into a choice of gourmet degustation menus that set a new standard for contemporary Greek cuisine. Created by talented and renowned chef Panagiotis Giakalis, Patio serves creative Mediterranean flavours, using ingredients from The Margi Farm, set in the beautiful patio of The Margi Hotel.
The menu of “Patio” restaurant offers à la carte options and two degustation menus, which represent the best The Margi cuisine has to offer. The “Still Life With Artichokes & Sea Urchins” is influenced by the Greek tradition and “Still Life With Avocados & Scallops” is based on Mediterranean flavours.
Patio offers food and wine pairing choices and there is also a cheese trolley with various Greek and other European cheeses. Here you can enjoy weekly wine tasting, while specific thematic gastronomic events also take place.
