Melbourne Greek Festival

Melbourne Greek Festival

Melbourne’s largest Greek Street Party organised by the Greek Community of Melbourne, is back for its annual Lonsdale Street Greek Festival on the 10th & 11th of  February 2018.

This year’s Festival will be larger than ever, extending further down Lonsdale Street from Swanston Street right through to Exhibition Street. With lots of entertainment across three stages, Greek food and drinks, pop-up bars, market stalls, cooking demonstrations, kid zones, dance performances, competitions and more, this much-loved Festival is an event for all ages.

The 31st Lonsdale Street Greek Festival will be headlined by international folk musician Giannis Haroulis, who will perform a free outdoor concert on Saturday 10 February at sunset. A Cretan native, Haroulis is currently one of the most successful artists in Greece. His concerts are highly energetic, and his ability to connect with his audience has seen his career go from strength to strength, and his performance on Saturday is guaranteed to be spectacular.
