Riots between migrants and police broke out on Wednesday at the Moria refugee camp.
According to reports, the violence broke out at noon at the tent hosting unaccompanied refugee minors. Approximately 300 underage refugees are demanding their immediate transfer from Moria to another refugee facility, due to the horrible conditions they are currently experiencing at the camp.
Police used tear gas to break up the brawl.
No further details have been released.
Meanwhile, mayors of the country’s eastern Aegean islands as well as representatives of the European Union are currently holding talks in an effort to organise a joint action plan on immigration.
