A show full of spring, which is now an institution both for the Municipality of Kifissia and for the whole of Athens, opened its gates on Thursday.
The 67th annual Kifissia Flower Show at “Dimitris Zomopoulos” park in Kifissia will run until May 23.
It brings the joy of flowers, colours and aromas during these challenging times.
Precautionary measures have been ‘planted’ to prevent the spread of Covid-19:
- Alongside the stalls and the riot of spring flowers, the show has been equipped with 70 points supplying antiseptic
- Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces in and around the park are carried out daily
- Stalls have been spaced out
- A a one-way system has been set up, with entry and exit from different doors in the park
In addition, all visitors will have their temperature taken on admission.
An institution dating back to 1937 and the biggest flower show in Greece, the Kifissia Flower Show attracts thousands of visitors every year, both professionals and the general public.
