Almost all the apartments in the Marina Tower skyscraper developed by Lamda Development in the area of Marina of Agios Cosmas have been sold out as Greek and foreign investors rushed to secure the 200 apartments of the 45-level “green” tower, reported Greek media.
As reported by Economicos Tahidromos, it was only few months ago, on July 7th that the first Lamda Development landmark project in the area of Elliniko, the Marina Tower, was presented in a model, and the vast majority of its apartments, three months later, were already sold.
Sources have suggested the prices range from 7,500 to 26,200 euros per square metre with the highest prices starting from the 30th floor and above, with a limited number of apartments and penthouses of 4 and 5 bedrooms that also have a private pool. The rest of the residences have from one to 4 bedrooms.
It is an aesthetically simple building, in complete harmony with the sea and the special features of the Mediterranean landscape. The important presence of the green and the water element stands out, which thus enhance the bioclimatic character of the building.
Its construction is expected to be completed in five years.
