Daylight saving time: on Sunday night Greeks move the clock hands one hour forward

Tomorrow Greeks set their clocks forward one hour.

Daylight saving time will start at 3:00 on Sunday. The clock hands must be moved one hour ahead, i.e. so the hands will show 4:00.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport published an announcement on the transition to summer time in March 2022. The document clarifies that “on Sunday 27 March 2022, winter time will expire in accordance with Directive 2000/84 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 January 2001 concerning provisions for winter time.”
