Halkidiki: Students found a wallet with a lot of money and handed it over

Lessons in honesty and dignity were delivered by two students of the High School in Halkidiki. The students found a wallet containing a significant amount of money outside the schoolyard and handed it over.

The two children did not even think for a moment to keep the large amount of money inside the wallet, but immediately ran to the Arnaia police station and handed it in, stating where they found it, reported Proto Thema.

The police quickly identified its owner, as the wallet also contained his ID, and notified him to pick it up.

The good deed of the two children was received with praise from the local community and Arnaia High School, whose principal congratulated them for their honesty and wished them to be an example for everyone to follow.
