GAZI: Fire engulfs an Athens nightclub

The fire department were called to a bar on 110 Piraeus Street in Gazi on Thursday morning.

Twenty firefighters in six vehicles were at the scene to prevent the fire from spreading onto neighbouring buildings.

Due to the fire, police had to stop traffic on Piraeus Street in order to facilitate the work of the firefighters and to avoid danger for passing drivers
