Executive Chef Sofia Hantzi has launched her latest culinary venture in the city of Patra, the all day beachside bar/restaurant Tzoutzouka Seaside Spirit, along the popular coastline of Vrahneika.
Hantzi is a well known figure in the culinary scene in Greece, having appeared on TV shows and run the successful Απέναντι από το Ωδείο restaurant, among others, and introduced innovative Greek gourmet cuisine in a market previously over-run by the same old taverna type fare.
Equipped with a family history and more than 30 years experience in the industry, Sofia is a perfectionist and one who never settles for second best as her peers would tell you.
Celebrities and people from all walks of life would make it a point to visit her previous venues, and now make their way to her new venue Tzoutzouka Seaside Spirit.
Tzoutzouka Seaside Spirit caters for corporate-themed events, wedding receptions, fashion shows, children's parties, cocktail parties among others, and is open from 9 am.
