Maxus T90 EV: The first electric pickup in Greece

The T90 EV, the purely electric two-cab pickup model of Maxus, is already in Greece.

Maxus Automotive Co. is one of the companies belonging to the Chinese Group of SAIC Motor Corp., Ltd.

It was established in 2011 to manufacture both passenger and commercial vehicles. In Greece, it started its collaboration with the Petros Petropoulos AEVE agency. As a result, the T90 EV pickup, i.e. the purely electric version of the model, will be introduced to our country.

The double cab model has lithium iron phosphate batteries with an energy capacity of 89 kWh. According to Maxus, the T90 EV has a maximum theoretical range of 330 km in the combined cycle (according to "WLTP") and 471 km of exclusive driving in the urban process (according to "WLTP").

Charging them takes about nine hours on an 11kW home charger and 45 minutes an hour on a fast charger for 20%-80% of their capacity.

The T90 EV has an electric motor that produces 177 hp and a maximum torque of 310 Nm and drives the vehicle's rear wheels. In terms of its performance, it accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 12.3 seconds, and its final speed is limited to 120 km/h, based on the manufacturer's data.

The design of the body and its dimensions are impressive. As Maxus announces, the length of the purely electric T90 reaches 5,365 mm, the width 1,900 mm, the height 1,809 mm. and its wheelbase of 3,155 mm.

The ground clearance is 187 mm., the approach angle is 27 degrees, the departure angle is 24 degrees, and the ramp angle is 16 degrees.

Its weight is 2,375 kg, the payload 925 kg, and it can tow a mass of up to one ton. The body dimensions of the T90 EV are 1,485 mm. x 1,510 mm x 530 mm (L x W x H).

Finally, because the Maxus executives want to gain a share in the European market, they offer the T90 EV with excellent essential equipment.

It includes, among other things, a 10.25-inch colour touchscreen with DAB+ digital radio, Apple CarPlay and QD-Link (Android Screen Mirroring), a reversing camera, air conditioning, a steering wheel with integrated switches, etc.

Note that Maxus enters Europe with its electric pickup, with Greece as the first country, with an imposing car, which were seen in the parking lots of Petros Petropoulos SA, News Auto reported.
