The Greek public has a unique opportunity to get to know the incredible capabilities of an F-35 up close, and sitting in its cockpit will be Kristin Wolfe.

Only a few days are left until the Athens Flying Week celebration starts. In this celebration of aeroplane lovers, the first name for this year will be the F-35, which will make a first demonstration of its capabilities on the Greek airwaves in front of the public.

As it became known from the organisers, the USAF responded positively to the invitation of the organising committee of Athens Flying Week and gave the green light for the participation of the state-of-the-art 5th generation fighter in the largest Airshow of Greece and the Southeast Mediterranean.

As noted in a related announcement, the US Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demo Team is coming to Tanagra with Kristin "BEO" Wolfe in the cockpit, promising an awe-inspiring demonstration.

But who is Kristin Wolfe? She is the commander of the F-35 Demonstrator Team, having followed in her father's footsteps in the Air Force, but is now creating her legacy in the cockpit of America's most advanced fighters.

As a senior pilot with over 1,000 flight hours, Wolfe has gained experience in various aircraft, including the T-6, T-38C, F-22A, and F-35A.

Wolfe entered the military in 2011 after receiving her promotion from the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Alabama.

She serves at Hill Air Force Base in Utah after fighter training and operational assignments in Texas, Florida, and Virginia.

Wolfe oversees a crew that showcases the unique aerial capabilities of the Air Force's flagship fifth-generation fighter and the legacy that led to this technological marvel.
