Rhodes shaken by 4.2 magnitude earthquake

The southeastern Aegean island of Rhodes was jolted by a 4.2-magnitude tremor on Thursday noon. 

The earthquake occurred at 12.40 p.m. and, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the epicenter was located under the sea 11 kilometers east of Rhodes, at a focal depth of 54.3 kilometers
