Welcome 2024 with a bang at the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center’s New Year’s Eve extravaganza on December 31, where the action gets underway at 10.30 p.m.

Greek-Ugandan singer Idra Kayne and her 10-piece orchestra set the mood with a musical journey from disco to RnB. At midnight, a dazzling fireworks display will illuminate the whole city before DJ Bill Brewster headlines the grand party into the wee small hours, crafting an eclectic mix from acid house to hip-hop and disco. The Ice Rink and Park will also stay open until 2 a.m. The festive program will be broadcast live on ERT3 and snfcc.org. Admission is free.

Since December 1st, the magical SNFCC Christmas World has come alive with light, music, and activity. With support from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), twinkling lights festooned the trees along the Canal, evergreens filled the Agora with seasonal scents, and the fountains danced to holiday classics! The opening event of the festive season was streamed live on the SNF website and aired on Greek national broadcaster ERT2. That same day, it was broadcast in the lobby of Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall as part of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation-Lincoln Center (SNF-LC) Agora Initiative.

Lighting up the night all throughout December, this year's festive program included performances, concerts, readings, workshops, the beloved ice rink at the Canal, new lighting installations at Stavros Niarchos Park, and many more activities for visitors of all ages, which will continue throughout January.
