Easy tiramisu by Stelios Parliaros

We can easily prepare one of the most comforting desserts, tiramisu, loved by all ages!

Materials for six servings:

Three egg yolks
60 gr. sugar
250 gr. mascarpone cheese
250 gr. 35% milk cream whipped into whipped cream
1 pack of 24-piece saviors
cocoa for dusting

For the syrup

300 ml strong coffee espresso, drink
100 ml coffee liqueur

Step 1

Put the egg yolks with the sugar in the mixing bowl and beat very well until they turn white. Add the mascarpone and continue beating. Add the whipped cream , mixing gently with a whisk.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the coffee with the liqueur. We soak the savoyars in this for a few seconds and place them in individual bowls or glasses. Spread cream on top and continue the same process once more, ending with cream.

Step 3

Place in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
