Turkish flags are lowered in the territories of Syria under Turkish control after yesterday's unrest in Turkish Kayseri - reports from the field indicate that Turkish trucks were attacked in Turkish-occupied Syria.

According to one version, this means the withdrawal of Turkish forces from Syria : all Turkish government employees are leaving, Turkey is also calling on its citizens to leave the country.
According to another, some armed groups associated with the Turkish state declared their support for the demonstrators in Kayseri and therefore lowered the Turkish flag from their headquarters.
It was previously reported that direct bilateral negotiations between Syria and Turkey will be held in Baghdad and will be “the beginning of a long negotiation process that could lead to a political and ground agreement.”
