Google Maps Street View vehicle is driving uninsured in Greece!

There are almost one million uninsured vehicles in Greece. Although the government has often announced that it will hunt down those who do not pay, it has not succeeded in this task. The result is that uninsured vehicles drive among us, which is dangerous for everyone.

A Google Maps Street View vehicle, which records the streets of Greece, was caught driving in Thessaloniki without insurance.

After checking the Independent Public Revenue Authority systems, the service that informs if a vehicle is uninsured, News Auto found that the Google vehicle was circulating without insurance.

As you can see in the image above, where it says “ασφαλισμένο” (insured), a dash shows that the car is uninsured.

In the below photo, where the vehicle is insured, the word “Ναί” (Yes) appears.
