Two people arrested for drug trafficking in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Two people have been arrested for drug trafficking yesterday afternoon inside the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

According to ProtoThema, the 26-year old Greek and 39-year old Algerian were in possession of 50 grams of hashish and electronic scales.

Complaints from citizens to the Hellenic Police had been reported that drugs were being trafficked on campus. Officers from the DIAS team on motorcycles, rushed to the scene and spotted two men who fled upon seeing the police. The officers eventually apprehended them and made the arrests outside the School of Philosophy building.
