Angelos Postecoglou gave his first statements as the new manager of Nottingham Forest on the English club’s official website, stressing that he wants to build a side with a completely attacking philosophy.
The Greek coach also highlighted that he found a team at Nottingham with a winning mentality, and he intends to build on that even further.

Postecoglou’s full remarks:
“I like winning. I like winning things—that’s what I’ve always done. I want the fans to be excited when they watch the team play. I believe there is already a sense of unity within the squad, where everyone works hard for each other. That’s something I want us to build on.
From my side, what I want to do is bring in and instill my own ideas. It’s no secret that I love seeing my teams attack. I love my teams scoring goals. Sometimes that gets misinterpreted as playing in only one way. But the reason I want my teams to play like that is because I love winning. And that’s exactly what I want to achieve here.”
