During his online presentation of the architectural plans of the  'Marina Tower', Athanasiou said the new building will be 200 meters high, the first in Greece and the tallest in the Mediterranean with 45 floors and 200 apartments that will all have sea views.

It will be completely "green" and as it was pointed out, it will be a model of sustainable design and the ambition of Lamda and its collaborators is for the building to become a world architectural landmark.

"Our vision is to make all Greeks proud of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe that has begun and will be the starting point for a new era," said Athanassiou.

Designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners , the Marina Tower is set to be constructed in the area of the marina of Agios Kosmas, within project to be delivered within 5 years.

As mentioned, a key feature of the design approach is the creation of an aesthetically simple building, in full harmony with the sea and the special features of the Mediterranean landscape. The important presence of the green and the water element stands out, which thus enhance the bioclimatic character of the building.

All houses are bright and offer unobstructed panoramic views. Each apartment has the most modern quality features, in spaces, facilities and amenities, excellent construction materials, environmentally friendly, as well as all the specifications of a smart building.
