Today (March 6), the draws for the Men’s National Team for the Davis Cup and the Women’s National Team for the Billie Jean King Cup were conducted.
The Men’s National Team will face Brazil (ranked No. 19 in the world), with players João Fonseca, Thiago Seyboth Wild, and Thiago Monteiro, in the World Group I of the Davis Cup. The tie will take place in our country (after the draw) on September 13-14, 2025. If the Greek National Team wins, they will enter the World Group qualifiers for the first time in history and will be among the top teams in the world.

The Women’s National Team for the Billie Jean King Cup will travel next April (April 7-12) to Vilnius, Lithuania, for the playoffs of the Europe/Africa Group I, along with teams from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Turkey. If Greece manages to secure one of the two tickets from their group, they will cross over with the first group, which consists of teams from France, Turkey, and Sweden.
