Her father, Konstantinos, came from the serene village of Kalpaki in northern Greece, while her mother, Evangelia, hailed from Trikala, in the fertile Thessalian plains. These foundations shaped more than her identity; they instilled in her a reverence for tradition, intuition, and the quiet wisdom passed through generations.

Her upbringing took her from Balmain to Gladesville in Sydney, where faith, family, and community were central. Today, as a devoted mother to George and Mary, Katrina has woven those same values into her family life, honouring the past while embracing a new spiritual frontier.

By profession, Katrina is the Head of Customer Operations across four countries, leading large teams and driving transformational change. Her corporate career spans over three decades in the healthcare sector, where she has built a reputation for clarity, strategy, and leadership.

Katrina’s spiritual awakening began 32 years ago when she had a near-death experience. Waking in the operating theatre, she saw vivid auras and energy fields around the medical team – an ability that accelerated dramatically in the years that followed.

Drawing on her Greek Orthodox faith, she spent the next decade exploring her gift, studying with Himalayan monks, psychic mediums, and alchemists, all while balancing corporate life and raising her children. Over time, she developed her own unique practice that blends Reiki, Pranic healing, colour therapy, and guided intuitive messages.

Her most recent creation, Bathe in Abundance, encapsulates this fusion. Inspired by her nightly self-care ritual of oil-infused Epsom salt baths, crystals, and meditation, she created a sacred bath bomb infused with frankincense, myrrh, and gold: the three gifts offered to Christ.

As the bomb dissolves, essential oils release into the water, and a Citrine crystal, known for its properties of joy and prosperity, emerges.

“Each bath bomb is made with blessings of love and light,” she says. “In a world full of noise, this ritual is a moment of pause. A gift of light for those ready to receive it.”
