Responding to the unprecedented conditions we are experiencing, the Plomari Distillery Isidoros Arvanitis is donating 11 tons of pure 96% alcohol to hospitals at the forefront of the coronavirus pandemic.
Specifically, the Sotiria Public Hospital in Athens, Evangelismos Athens General Hospital, Vostaneio Hospital of Mytilene and Plomari Medical Centre, will be receiving the donation.
The 96% strength alcohol will assist in the disinfection and sanitisation of medical staff and hospital areas, in order to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.
This donation is a small thank you from Plomari Bakery Isidoros Arvanitis to all the invisible heroes who are battling the 'war' against coronavirus.
