Pikos Group, in collaboration with the Mastrocostas family, has begun construction on the $620 million Gaia riverfront development at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. The project will feature two luxury residential towers, expansive parkland, and a range of premium amenities. With an expected economic contribution of $110 million, Gaia is set to create hundreds of jobs and provide much-needed housing supply while enhancing Brisbane’s urban landscape.
