A Souvlatzidiko in Aristotelous Square, Thessaloniki, has installed a traffic light at its entrance, so that customers can observe the social distancing rules.

The system at '22 Souvlakia' is simple: "In order to enter the store, the traffic light must be green. As soon as the person enters, the traffic light turns red, as the cashier serves them. When the transaction is completed and the customer leaves, the traffic light turns green again, in order for the next customer to enter," explained Dimitris Eikosidios, the owner of 22 Souvlakia, who had this idea.

"It has been adopted by all customers and they respect it, while some people enjoy it," he added, speaking to ERT.
