The body of a young migrant boy was discovered by the Hellenic Coast Guard on Sunday near the island of Samos.
They also located a woman (in the same spot) who was still conscious and another 10 refugees and migrants nearby.
The survivors and the body of the young boy, were transferred to Samos General Hospital.
Another six foreign nationals were also located ashore, to the east of the island, by a fire brigade team.
According to information, the survivors spoke, “about a boat that transported them from the opposite Turkish coast and in which” as they said, “there were 24 people.” This means that six are missing.
