A 37-year-old Dutch referee was appointed to officiate Sunday's match at Georgios Karaiskakis stadium between Olympiakos and AEK.
Danny Makkelie has previously refereed matches involving Greek football teams, including in the Champions League, Greek Cup and Greek League.
The referee's assistants on Sunday will be two of his compatriots and Aristidis Vatsios as fourth official.
On the VAR system will be another one of Makkelie's compatriots with Vassilis Nikolakakis as his assistant.
The observer will be Thanasis Nikolakopoulos.
