Greek Prime Minister to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi

Greece’s Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled to make an official to Egypt today, Monday 21 June for important talks with President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.

According to the Prime Minister’s diary, at 12:00 (Greek time) he will meet with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, at the Al-Ittihadiya Presidential Palace in Cairo after which both leaders will make statements.

At 15:00 Kyriakos Mitsotakis will have a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mustafa Madbouli, at the Prime Minister’s Palace.

At 16:10 he will visit the residence of the Ambassador of Greece in Cairo, where he will meet with representatives of the Greek Community of Cairo after which the Prime Minister will  travel to Alexandria.

At 18:45 he will meet with the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa Mr. Theodore II, at the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria.

The Prime Minister will then visit the National Museum of Alexandria, the Library of Alexandria and the Greek Square of Alexandria where, among others, the Hellenic Community of Alexandria, the Greek Schools and the Consulate General of Greece are located and also meet with representatives of the Greek Community of Alexandria.
