European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights Nicolas Schmit is visiting Athens on Thursday.
The commissioner will meet with Labour Minister Kostis Hatzidakis and Deputy Labour Ministers Domna Michailidou, Panagiotis Tsakloglou and Maria Syregela.
Schmit will also meet with the Minister of Development and Investment Adonis Georgiadis, the Deputy Minister Ioannis Tsakiris, the General Secretary of Public Investments and NSRF, Dimitris Skalkos and the Special Secretary of ECB Programme Management, Niki Dandolou.
At 13:15, the commissioner will attend a luncheon with representatives of the university community.
At 17:30, he will meet with representatives of the social partners at the offices of the European Commission Representation in Greece.
