The Cook’s Club hotel brand is launching two new adults only (+16) hotels on the idyllic Greek islands of Rhodes and Corfu in 2022.

The Cook Club’s Ialysos Rhodes will be an 83-room hotel.

It is expected to open in May, 2022.

The opening of Ialysos Rhodes comes following the 2019 launch of the Cook Club's first hotel on the island, Cook Club’s City Beach Rhodes.

Hristos Mihalakis, owner of Cook’s Club Ialysos Rhodes, noted to Travel that, in the Cook’s Club team, he has found the right partner for the type of hotel he wants to create, as its philosophy incorporates experience sharing and celebration of the moment.

Alessandro Dassi, vice president of the Fosun Tourism Group, owner of the Cook’s Club brand, noted that the Ialysos Rhodes, as a new construction, offered the Cook’s Club team the opportunity to apply its concept to every aspect of the project, from design to operation.

As for the new hotel in Corfu, the five-star Gouvia-based Cook’s Club Corfu, previously operating as the Park hotel, is also scheduled to launch in 2022.

The company announced that it is seeking managers, division supervisors, floor level managers, receptionists, employees for the kitchen, restaurant and bar, as well as staff for maintenance, security and general duties.

The addition of the two hotels on Rhodes and Corfu increases the Cook’s Club hotels presence in Greece to five in total.

It also runs a further five hotels in Turkey, Bulgaria, Spain and Egypt.
