The Turkish presidency posted a highly provocative video on Turkey’s Republic Day on October 29.
Incredible expressions can be heard in the unprecedentedly provocative video. As reported by SKAI’s correspondent in Istanbul, Manolis Kostidis, among other things said in the video: “The Aegean is ours. We exist in the Mediterranean” and that “we carved the Blue Homeland in our seas.
“We were a double-headed eagle, we spread our wings in history, We took root and became a plane tree in three continents and seven climates.
“In the air we are the eagles that frighten the enemy. We carved the Blue Homeland in our seas. The Aegean is ours. We are in the Mediterranean.
“In the Black Sea our proud flag flies. Hail Recep Tayyip Erdogan for leading us to the Century of Turkey. Happy century of Turkey.”
