Nikos Galis: World distinction for his daughter in the World cheerleading championship

The Greek National Team finished in 5th place at the World Championship in Orlando and among the Greek delegation was the daughter of Nikos Galis, Stella.

The team arrived from the USA late on Thursday night, with a warm reception which included dancing and singing.

"We are all very happy and proud to have represented our country. The feelings at this moment are countless, especially now that we have arrived after all this fatigue and all that our people have prepared, it is simply incredible," stated Stella Gali specifically.

Nikos Galis: The Hall of Fame Basketball Player

Nikos Galis is a Hall of Fame basketball player who has achieved legendary status in Greece and Europe. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest European basketball players of all time and is considered the best Greek basketball player ever.

Nicknamed the "Iron Man" for his incredible durability and longevity, Galis was a prolific scorer and one of the most dominant players in European basketball during the 1980s.

He was a four-time EuroLeague scoring champion, a five-time Greek League scoring champion, and a three-time Greek League MVP. Galis was inducted into the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2017 and is widely considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time.
