Netflix makes it possible to become an employee of the international customer service team of the subscription platform in Greece.
The American subscription service company that distributes movies and series in multiple languages announces through an advertisement that it wishes to strengthen its workforce by hiring a German-speaking customer service representative for its offices in Greece.
The employee must support users of the Netflix service by phone and email for their questions about movies and their connection to the account.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Amazing soft skills to help customers navigate the world's best series and movies
- Excellent knowledge of German (must be C1+)
- English language (B2)
- Someone who wants to stay in Greece or already lives there
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS
