Israel has agreed to a ceasefire in southern Gaza to allow Rafa border crossing to open and let in humanitarian aid.

Meanwhile, the Rafah border crossing, connecting Gaza to Egypt, is reportedly scheduled to open at 9 am today, as reported by NBC News.

Kamel Khatib, a representative from the Palestinian embassy, confirmed the opening, which will enable foreign citizens to depart Gaza and permit the entry of humanitarian supplies, as per Israeli media.
