Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky.
During the phone conversation between the two leaders, Erdogan said that Turkey is making great efforts to stop the bloodshed in both Ukraine and the Palestinian Territories and achieve lasting peace, according to a post on the X platform of the Turkish presidency's Communication Directorate.
The Turkish president expressed Turkey's readiness to once again assume the role of mediator and host peace talks.
