In Piraeus, the first hotel of the Santikos Collection, named "The Alex", with 34 rooms, opened in 2019 after a radical renovation of the old Bella Vista hotel, while now the company is expanding to the centre of the port as a continuation of the collaboration with Hellenic Properties, to cover a segment of the market aimed at professional tourism and beyond.

As for the new "Twinn" hotel, Hellenic Properties proceeded to reconstruct an old office building of 1,500 sq.m. purchased in 2019 without the original plan necessarily including creating a hotel.
