A 20-year-old Albanian man was baptised in Nafplion in the presence of 27 godparents.
A special day was experienced by those who attended the Holy Church of Evangelistria in Nafplio on Sunday for the baptism of a 20-year-old man.
The 20-year-old, of Albanian origin but living permanently in Nafplion, expressed his desire to become an Orthodox Christian and was baptised Neophotist Emmanuel.
According to Argolikes Eidhseis, the young man received holy baptism on Sunday, January 14, in a special ceremony that moved everyone who attended.
It is also special and moving that the sponsors were 27 classmates and friends of the 20-year-old, who with great joy, love and willingness, wanted to be his godparents.
"I wish well for the newly baptised Emmanuel, that his new path will be enlightened and sanctified and for the 27 new children, who became godparents, many congratulations and that they will be blessed in their lives," said father Eleftherios Michos.
