Goldair Handling India announces operation at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, enhancing international presence and commodity management in India.

Goldair Handling India (Nagpur) announces its entry into Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur, India.

Following a successful tender process, Goldair Handling India (Nagpur) is set to commence operations at the hub and growing Nagpur airport within the first half of 2024.

The company will offer aircraft, passenger and cargo handling services, expanding its presence in India following its entry into Bagdogra and Udaipur airports. The airport in question is the 36th of the company's network.

Mr Alexandros Fourlas, vice president of the Board of Directors of Goldair Handling and CEO of Goldair Handling India (Nagpur), said: “Our entry into the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Airport, Nagpur, is a very important new step in the development of our international operations. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our presence in the growing Indian market and focusing on selected markets of interest, leveraging our extroversion, expertise and executive power as a source of driving force.”
