No More Station Visits! Report Lost Passports Online Now (Greece)

Greek citizens can now report lost passports online, starting on April 9th. This eliminates the need to visit a police station or the relevant Consulate. The new service is available via the gov.gr platform, thanks to a joint ministerial decision.

According to an announcement, passport losses can now be reported electronically. This simplifies the process significantly and saves citizens valuable time. The service is available at gov.gr under the category “Citizen and Day-to-day Life” and the sub-category “Citizen’s Identity information and Identification Documents.”
