In Alexandroupoli, the largest Greek flag is waving, covering an area of 618 square meters, near the Archaeological Museum of Alexandroupoli.

The hoisting of the largest Greek flag took place this morning as part of the celebratory events of "FREEDOM 2024". The hoisting was carried out by members of the Alexandroupoli Club in collaboration with the Municipality of Alexandroupoli to celebrate the day of liberation and incorporation of the capital of Evros into the national body.
