Greek-Australian entrepreneurs Daniel and Georgia Contos have made a significant move in their growing fashion empire, acquiring a five-storey office building in the inner-Sydney suburb of Rosebery for $70 million.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for White Fox Boutique, the fast-growing fashion brand they founded, which has become a major player in the global fashion industry, particularly among American teenagers.

Since its inception in 2013, White Fox Boutique has been known for offering stylish, comfortable, and affordable fashion. While the brand initially made a mark in the Australian market, its rise to international success has been propelled by a strong presence in the US, largely thanks to social media influencers.
The new building at 61 Dunning Ave, which was acquired in an off-market deal from a fund managed by Goodman Group, will serve as White Fox’s permanent headquarters. Currently located at 45-49 Dunning Ave, the company plans to relocate once the deal is finalized and its lease expires. The new office, a modern 10,761-square-meter facility, boasts three street frontages, abundant natural light, and 249 car spaces, making it ideal for the growing brand.
The move was orchestrated with the help of Colliers, who worked closely with the Contos couple to secure a state-of-the-art office building in the sought-after Rosebery precinct. The new headquarters will allow White Fox to continue its expansion as it solidifies its position in the global fashion scene.
Beyond their fashion business, Daniel and Georgia Contos are also known for their luxury residential investments. The couple has invested nearly $120 million in mansions in Sydney’s prestigious eastern suburbs. They are developing a sprawling compound in Vaucluse, where they plan to demolish existing homes and build a luxury mansion overlooking Sydney Harbour.
White Fox Boutique’s success is driven by its innovative approach to fashion and its ability to tap into the power of social media. Known for its oversized hoodies and trendy apparel, the brand thrives locally and internationally, with showrooms in Sydney and Los Angeles.
