Suburban Train Collides with Truck at Level Crossing Near Avlida Station, No Injuries Reported

A suburban railway train (Proastiakos) on the Halkida-Athens route collided with a truck that had breached a guarded level crossing near Avlida station in Viotia, authorities reported on Monday.

The train, carrying 45 passengers, sustained no injuries among passengers, Hellenic Train staff, or the truck driver.

The train was expected to continue its journey after a delay.
