Greek-Australian singer Harry Demos is set to release his new R&B single, 'Pass the Time' on May 2nd on all major streaming platforms.
The track explores the themes of life's progression and the discovery of love along the way. With his smooth vocals layered over a lush, modern soundscape, Harry channels the spirit of classic 90s R&B while infusing his own fresh perspective. His track is soulful and catchy; it slides effortlessly from chill late-night to club vibes and everything else in between.
"I've put a lot of thought into this one. It's one of those songs that I feel like everyone like all ages can vibe to." Harry said.
Hailing from Brisbane, Harry started his music journey in 2019, when one of his schoolmates introduced him to composing. He tells me his smooth R&B sound is influenced by Chris Brown, Tory Lanez and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
" I've always been listening to Chris Brown from a very young age, so definitely that's a big influence for me."
When asked what influences his music, Harry chuckles and tells me endearingly, "love, at the end of the day".
" I really like R&B because it really hits the soul. People really feel that, especially when they're going through something."
Although his music is sticking to English, Harry tells me eventually it would be great to eventually produce Greek music. He tells me his future plans are to travel around Australia and worldwide to the U.S.
"Hopefully I'll come to Sydney a lot more, I've been a couple times now and met very good people in the industry.", he said.
